At Bookstation, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure all original tags are attached and the garments are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Bookstation account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact and secured.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel, removing any old shipping stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
